Overview
A rebuild of a German beverage delivery shop serving the Aachen region. The catalogue, delivery rules and deposit logic were moved from an end-of-life Shopware 5 store to WooCommerce while the original shop stayed live.

The challenge
Shopware 5 reached end of life. The shop sells by the crate, with postcode-based delivery thresholds and German deposit (Pfand) tax rules.

Our solution
An Astra child theme with a custom commerce module: crate-based delivery pricing across 43 postcode thresholds with same-day and next-day rules, deposit handling, and curated product carousels.
