Overview

ACS is a Tunis-based distributor of industrial garment-making, sewing and laundry machines, CAD software and spare parts. Its WooCommerce site presents eleven product families, the brands it distributes and technical sheets, and turns visits into quote requests.

The challenge

A production catalogue with years of accumulated data: product images detached from the media library after a database loss, a slow home page, obsolete content, and shared hosting limited to 40,000 database queries per hour.

Our solution

We took over the site's care: every product image was re-linked from the intact files and verified product by product, the home page got a page cache and a speed pass, brand pages and home sections were rebuilt, obsolete data was removed with set-based SQL that respects the hosting limits, and automated backups now run with restores tested on a local copy.
